Built around the exit
Every bridge we write is structured around how it will be repaid. Before we lend, we want to understand the exit - the sale, the refinance, the incoming facility - and we size and time the loan to match it.
That discipline is what keeps a bridge from becoming a problem of its own. A short-term loan without a credible exit is not a bridge, and we will say so.
Speed without shortcuts
Bridge borrowers are usually working to a deadline. We keep the information requirements tight and the process direct, so the timeline is driven by the transaction rather than by paperwork.
